Go to the Beacon Theater to see Lady Antebellum! Just hit #1 on the Country Songs Billboard Charts and #51 on Billboards Hot 100 with "Our Kind of Love". Tix are still available on Ticketmaster - so get them now! We like their country-pop sound and will be adding this to our 'ipod work mix'. :)

Like Indie?
We're gonna trek a little bit out of the city at 7pm to the Williamsburg Waterfront for the Belle & Sebastian concert. The Indie Pop group who formed in 1996 introduced their first single "Write About Love" earlier this month from their eighth album titled "Belle & Sebastian Write About Love" (coming out October 12th). Their sound is pure and sweet - something we can definitely fall in love with. Belle & Sebastian will be performing with fellow Glasgow natives: Teenage Fanclub - check T.F out here! Hopefully the rain holds out!

Battle for the Best...Food Truck

Finally our first food truck!!  August 24th was National Waffle Day and Wafels & Dinges gave free waffles away to those who drew a waffle or the truck, so we did it!  The waffle truck was delicious and such a great treat for a 4pm snack.  We got 3 since - 1) nutella, 2) banana w/nutella, 3) strawberry

Rating: 
Easy to find - 5 out 5 (they tweeted 52nd btw Lex & 3rd and they were there)
Options - 4 out 5 (2 standard types of waffles w/whole bunch of toppings)
Crew - 5 out 5 (super nice & funny & took our drawings seriously)
Food - 4 out 5 (yum!)
Rate of Return - 3 out 5 (high chance if we're craving a waffle)
