My wife and I (both adults, non smokers, no children, no pets) need a place to stay in NYC for 3 months while we look for jobs and rent or buy a condo. We need minimum a bedroom + bath, internet connection, king size bed or two beds, table + 2 chairs, and access to kitchen, and parking for our minivan. If your place is bigger or has more stuff or rooms you can lock everything else. We are quiet, respectful and will pass unnoticed to neighbors / other tenants.
We offer as payment a set of two chains, both in solid gold, purchased at Key's Jewelers two years ago. They have been rarely used during those two years and look brand new. Chains are: a large one for neck, and a small one, for wrist. If 3 months is too long for you, we can offer the longer chain in exchange of two months, or the shorter chain in exchange of one month.
